ONLY 3 Pieces of Equipment You Need to Build Your Goal Bod With Little to No Time

If you’re one of the many people who feel that you need to workout for at least an hour, or maybe do super challenging cardio for at least 30 minutes, 4, 5, 6 or 7 times per week just to get results, you are not alone.

Many people have this all or nothing mentality when it comes to health and fitness. You know the mentality I’m talking about, “If I can’t commit to that workout schedule then I’m just not going to do it at all.”  This mentality is what leads people to reach a tipping point where they turn to quick-fix fad diets or nutrition programs and super intense workout programs, followed by a quick drop-off.

Having that mentality is even more common when you’re busy af.

Since I work with a lot of women, women who hustle at their jobs whether they’re building their own empire or crushing their position at work, while running a family, I know time can be extremely limited and an hour workout or working out 5, 6, or 7 times a week may not be an option. Keeping this in mind, there are super effective ways to build the body you want with little time.

So here are the 3 pieces of equipment that I would highly recommend for the busy individual.

These 3 pieces of equipment, along with your body weight, is all you need to get super quick (efficient) and effective workouts on the reg to get you closer to your goal body. The kettlebells, suspension trainer, and steel mace along with your body weight provide tons of variation for super functional exercises, which are movements that mimic our day to day activities. If you do them in a way that allows you to get your heart rate up using different time intervals you burn fat and calories, build lean muscle, and improve your day to day activities and quality of life. You can do some super effective workouts burning 150+ calories in just 15 minutes with any of this equipment. The best part is they provide so much variety you will not get bored. Not to mention, the TRX is easy to pack so you can do a TRX workout literally anywhere.

Side note: If your specific goal is to build muscle and strength to a level where you can compete then these pieces of equipment might not be the right fit for you. You would want dumbbells, a barbell, plates, and some other badass equipment. Generally speaking, to burn fat and start building lean muscle these 3 pieces of equipment will do the job, and they’ll do it well!

If you have this equipment at home, some of it or all of it, I have a workout guide that includes (3) quick and effective workouts for each piece of equipment! That’s 9 workouts total, 3 kettlebell, 3 TRX, 3 steel mace workouts. To get a copy of my guide send me an email at alina@fusedfit.com and I’ll send it right over!
